1.4 Scope of research

1.4.1 Scope of research papers

The main document in Buddhism that the researcher uses as a framework for research and reference is the scripture scriptures in both Thai and Pali. and Commentary Scripture, while the relevant secondary documents Researchers will use books related to production and utilization of robots in various industries.

1.4.2 Scope of research content

The researcher will study current teaching and learning both domestically and internationally. With an emphasis on origin in western countries And content related to research is the result of using the theory of balance, production, balance, consumption and balance of benefits Which presented the general public support in the form of consumers from the government to the organization of the manufacturer
Research is focused on the presentation. Teaching and learning styles that are holistic and balanced Which the development of the nature of the relationship will be an important variable in the analysis And synthesize the theory that is consistent with the Buddhist principles In order to obtain a teaching model in the future world according to Buddhism

1.4.3 Scope of study time

The researcher will conduct a research study for a period of approximately 8 months starting from 1 April 2019 to 30 November 2019.

1.3 Problems that need to be known

1.3.1 What is the operation of robots in Thailand 4.0?

1.3.2 What is the principle of the three principles of equilibrium for managing robot production?

1.3.3 What is the pattern of using robots that do not compete for human works in Thailand 4.0 according to Buddhism?

1.2 Objectives of research

1.2.1 To study robots in Thailand 4.0

1.2.2 To study Buddhism in three balanced theories for managing robot production

1.2.3 To present the model of using robots that do not compete for human work in Thailand 4.0 according to Buddhism.

1.1 Background and importance of problems

Research indicates that people will lose a lot of jobs from automated robots that come to work instead of workers.
In particular, the report of the "McKinsey Global Research Bureau" indicates that there will be more than 800 million people during the year 2016-2030, or about one fifth of the labor market that has to be unemployed because the robot came to work instead of workers and workers need to practice new skills to perform more automatic machine control tasks. But the implementation of the robot system in the economic system may pressure the average wages to drop by at least 0.5%

The International Labor Organization (ILO) estimates that in the next two decades advancements in robotics technology and artificial intelligence will affect the tremendous changes in job positions, employment and various businesses. In Thailand, the ILO estimates that 44 percent of employment (over 17 million positions) in Thailand faces a high risk of being replaced by automation, especially in the textile industry, clothing, footwear, automotive and automotive parts, electrical and electronic equipment, food processing industry, counter staff and employees in various branch networks, which the branch network may close due to the increase in online transactions.

Global workers, governments, employers, employees, related people must turn to the interest in formulating a strategy to plan to cope with such conditions, must have design new economic system to support these changes, to cause fairness, to create a labor system and  market system that is fair to all parties without hindering the progress of innovation.

In the future world will only be born with new positions and professions that are not driven by the 4th Industrial Revolution, but also with factors not related to technology such as demographic pressures, geopolitical change, and changes in social customs and new culture as well

Today, we cannot accurately predict what these things will be in the future. But it can be believed that talent is an important production factor, not capital. Therefore, the shortage of skilled workers is likely to be a limitation that undermines innovation, competition and growth rather than having capital, causing the job market to become increasingly divided into low skills, low wages and high skills, high wages, or as Martin Ford, a software program entrepreneur at Silicon Valley, predicts that the excavation of the pyramid's skills to make it hollow will increase inequality and social tension, except to be prepared from now.

Due to the "Thailand 4.0" economic development plan, focusing on the ability to compete fully.  At the same time, it wants the society to be stable, prosperous and sustainable by adhering to the philosophy of sufficiency economy with the Middle Path, or "Majjimapatipada" in Buddhism as a practice.

In Buddhism as a practice Three balanced theory Or the theory of balance, production, balance, consumption and balance, benefits arising from production and consumption That was developed from the Dharma of Siam is a natural law that surpasses all laws that arise during research to solve problems caused by popular consumer societies

An important principle is to define the relationship between the manufacturer and the new consumer, by providing consumers or customers as assets of the manufacturer. Or looking at another angle that consumers or customers are accumulating the wealth of the manufacturer and change the marketing budget of the manufacturer to be a budget to create wealth for consumers in three areas: public health, education, and occupation or employment, and then encourage consumers to support the manufacturer by using the products of the manufacturer in return according to the principles of 6 Directions in Buddhism, and therefore, the production and use of the robot of the manufacturer must not create a negative impact on consumers.

For this reason, the researcher is interested in whether this principle or plan can solve problems that will cause many people to lose their jobs or not, from focusing on the competition of entrepreneurs until turning to mechanical equipment, especially robots, instead of human labor

Therefore, research on "The Use of Robots That Do Not Compete for Human Work in Thailand 4.0 according to the Buddhist Guidelines" to prove that such principles can strengthen the development plan "Thailand 4.0"

When the machines that work on a daily basis are more and more predictable, workers who have to try to adapt will encounter challenges like never before in the past. Automation technology that usually works only on one side is therefore transformed the employment sector by industry and workers can change to work in emerging industries.

But the situation that is happening today is very different, because information technology is a multi-functional technology, and will actually affect in everywhere and almost every industry will reduce manual labor, while emerging industries will use labor-saving technology from the beginning.

The Model of Robot Applications Based on Buddhism
